Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cosmoforgegroup retains copyright in concepts, source files, templates and underlying materials. On full payment, we typically grant clients a licence to use final deliverables for agreed purposes; extended or exclusive rights must be negotiated.

Source files (AI, PSD, Figma) remain our property unless a separate source file licence or transfer has been paid and documented.

We will disclose and license third-party assets separately. Clients are responsible for ongoing licence compliance for stock imagery, fonts and plugins.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Cosmoforgegroup's liability for breach, negligence or otherwise is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under Australian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
